We are a well-established motor manufacturing and product assembly group headquartered in Hong Kong, with production plants in Southern China and Mexico, and offices in the United States and Korea. Due to our continued success and growth, an excellent career opportunity has arisen. We seek a high-caliber candidate to fill the above position. Responsibilities and requirements are listed below:
Planning Manager
Responsibilities:
Define and monitor the project timeline , resources allocation as well as the deliverable
Set up and monitor the development schedule of internal and external projects
Lead APQP team in aspects of product availability and technical specification to meet customers’ requirements
Leads the APQP team through the prototype stage to the production stage
Coordinates with relevant departments for project development in order to meet the time frame and budget
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project management team, analyze results, and address the problem areas
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in project follow-up, quality assurance, and product costing knowledge will be an advantage
Work independently, self-driven, and have good communication skills
Knowledge of the electric motor especially in the automotive industry experience is MUST
Familiar with IATF16949
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Stationed in Shenzhen
Immediate availability is preferable
