Responsibilities:
Perform general Administration and clerical jobs, including Reception duties.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and insurance for colleagues
To plan office efficiency, implement and monitor office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
To assist in maintaining the day-to-day efficient operation of the Department;
Handle the ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Form 5 /HKDSE or above with at least 2 years relevant working experience
Responsible, detail-minded, good communication skill and work independent
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
