Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end software development cycle from user requirement gathering, requirement analysis, project documentation, status monitoring, UAT, training and implementation.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications or process flow charts and communicate with IT on technical solutions.
Organize and lead project meetings to review progress, address issues, and make key decisions.
Monitor project progress and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
Coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams, including Business, IT and Production teams to ensure proper change management and project success.
Document project processes, decisions, lessons learned, and test results to support continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Must have hands-on experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and operations workflows.
Excellent analytic, problem solving and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with strong sense of ownership.
Occasional travelling is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience on ERP, MES or BI tools is a plus.
Experience on workflow automation, digitalization, and AI is a plus.
