About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically sound IT Support Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will be the backbone of the daily office IT operations—ensuring the end-users are fully supported, the hardware and software systems run smoothly, and the asset lifecycle is efficiently managed.
Beyond routine troubleshooting, you will have the opportunity to participate in enterprise-level IT and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects, making this an excellent opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities
End-User & Peripheral Support: Handle the installation, maintenance, and daily troubleshooting (both hardware and software) for office PCs, conference rooms, and AV (Audio-Visual) equipment.
Asset & Procurement Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory tracking, and consumable management.
System Operations Support: Oversee daily user support, account provision, and permission management across various enterprise IT applications.
Project Participation: Actively collaborate and contribute to various IT infrastructure and ELV-related projects.
Key Requirements
Education: Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above (Majors in Computer Science, IT, or related fields are highly preferred).
Technical Skills: * High proficiency in Windows operating systems.
Solid foundational knowledge of computer hardware and networking basics.
Proven capability to independently assemble, upgrade, and maintain PC hardware.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional learning and summarizing skills, with the ability to independently research, troubleshoot, and resolve open-ended IT issues.
Language Skills: Proficient in both Mandarin and English , with the ability to communicate smoothly in a professional, bilingual business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Enterprise Experience: Prior experience deploying or maintaining IT systems in medium-to-large enterprises (e.g., smart conference room AV setups, document management systems, or print management platforms).
Soft Skills: Outstanding comprehension and communication skills; able to quickly digest complex issues, break down problems, and design well-thought-out solutions.
