• Coordinate and manage all import and export shipments, including liaising with logistics providers, customs authorities, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and submit accurate documentation, such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and other shipping paperwork
• Track shipments and monitor delivery timelines, proactively addressing any issues or delays
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports on shipping activities and performance
• Assist in the development and implementation of efficient shipping processes and procedures
• Collaborate with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
