Job Purpose:

• Responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective use of AutoCount Accounting Software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and filing
• Familiar with AutoCount accounting system
• Handle e-Invoicing and related documentation
• Record expense vouchers timely and classify expenses by department or project
• Prepare weekly and monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for management review
• Support audit, tax, and statutory documentation as required
• Follow up with customers and suppliers on outstanding AR & AP
• Maintain proper finance and accounting documentation
• Handle basic HR administration and maintain employee records
• Assist with foreign workers’ permit renewal and related documentation
• Liaise with company secretary on resolutions, annual returns, and statutory matters
• Handle general administrative duties and filing
• Perform any other finance or administrative duties as assigned by management.
• Assist in branch account operation.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Hands-on experience in AutoCount Accounting Software is required.
• Minimum 1–3 years working experience in finance or accounting role.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting, statutory requirements and payroll processing.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
