Responsibilities
Organise Social Media Content Creation
- Create social media posts using Canva
- Write captions for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Xiaohongshu
- Schedule and upload content
- Research trending content ideas
Video Shooting & Editing
- Assist in property shooting sessions
- Record short videos for social media
- Edit simple videos using CapCut
- Create reels and TikTok content
Property Marketing Support
- Prepare property listing posters
- Upload property listings to marketing platforms
- Update rental unit information and photos
Market Research
- Research nearby rental market rates
- Monitor competitors' marketing activities
- Collect information on new property projects
Administrative Support
- Organize marketing files and content assets
- Prepare simple weekly marketing reports
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
