Position: Project Manager

Salary: SGD6,000 – SGD8,000
Working location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Working day and time: Mon – Fri 8.30-5.30pm., Sat 8:30am – 1pm

Job Description
· Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
· Prepare cost estimates, negotiate subcontractor contracts, and actively monitor expenditures to prevent cost overruns.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
· Enforce rigorous safety regulations and quality assurance measures on-site.
· Monitor construction progress, handle change orders, and quickly resolve on-site issues to keep the project on track.
Keep track of project timelines and submit progress report

Requirements
Essential Requirements & Skills
· Min Degree in relevant discipline
· AutoCAD skill
· Proven track record in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
· Familiarity with project scheduling (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), estimating, and document management systems.
· Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and written/verbal communication skills

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
