National University Health System Hiring! Full Time Manager, Project Management in - Ricebowl

Summary:

Reporting to the Director, you will be evaluating the external consultants’ submissions and designs to ensure that they meet the Hospital/ entity’s operational requirements. You will be involved in technical coordination meetings, stakeholder review sessions as well as project alignment processes to streamline and implement processes and protocols for the timely delivery of the hospital infrastructure.

This is a 3-year contract position with the possibility of renewal.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating stakeholders for engagement and feedback.
• Reviewing Consultants’ submissions for relevance, completeness, and consistency.
• Delivering, as part of the larger team, the completion of the required infrastructure to support the hospital operation.
• Champion sustainability and stretched targets in alignment with the NUHS Green Plan.

Requirements:

• Minimally a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building and Estate Management and/or any other related building industry subjects would be a bonus.
• Proven track record in project management, leading stakeholder engagements and/or delivery of any institutional infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Strong acumen with in-depth understanding of hospital planning, and/or healthcare operations.
• Project management capabilities and experience in driving a cohesive team and cross teaming environment.
• Possess confidence to resonate with senior management leadership – internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
• Good analytical and organization skills.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
