Responsibilities
SUMMARY
We are hiring Food Processor to prepare and pack meat products in a cold environment.
Main Duties
Prepare pork meat according to production requirements or customer orders
Pack products and store them properly to maintain quality and freshness
Operate Grinder, Mixer & Portioning machines
Ensure proper and safe use of all equipment and work areas
Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output target
Requirements
1 year of hands-on experience in Food Production Industry is preferred; but not mandatory
Comfortable working in 8 – 12 C working environment, uniform will be provided.
Able to lift up to 20kg of Pork meat for packing
Location:
23 Chin Bee Avenue Singapore 619943 (Nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
Working hours:
Monday to Saturday: 8am – 5.20pm (6 days work week)
