Responsibilities:

• Own full end-to-end solution lifecycle (requirements → design → testing → go-live → validation)
• Translate business & regulatory needs into clear, documented requirements
• Ensure solutions are compliant, audit-ready, and business-fit
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams & vendors
• Support UAT, implementation & post-go-live activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in regulated environments (gaming, finance, government, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall) and testing processes
• Excellent stakeholder management & analytical skills
