Responsibilities
Hiring Pest Control Technician
Your Mission:
Deliver top-quality pest control services, educate clients, and make homes and workplaces safer every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect properties for signs of infestation and recommend effective treatment solutions.
Carry out daily pest control activities at client sites according to the job schedule.
Communicate with clients on-site, explaining treatment processes and prevention plans.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback with professionalism and care.
Utilize chemicals, equipment, and tools responsibly and safely.
Complete service reports using our mobile application.
Collaborate with office staff for job scheduling and client updates.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor.
What We’re Looking For:
Must be able to carry out daily pest control activities at client sites according to the job and comfortable working outdoors schedule.
Possesses a Class 3 manual driving license (mandatory).
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Holds a valid NEA Vector Control Technician License
Minimum education: GCE N-Level.
WP & SPASS May Apply.
Able to communicate, read, and write in English.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
