Responsibilities
Can you keep the floor moving?
At Paris Baguette, the Assistant Store Manager is the co-pilot of the outlet. You keep everyone calm when the store is packed — the right hand to the Manager and the coach for the crew.
Shift Lead: Run the floor, make sure everyone's in the right spot when the rush hits.
Empower Others: Train and coach the crew — help them grow shift by shift.
Maintain Excellence: From opening/closing to inventory checks, the outlet stays orderly and on-brand.
Customers First: Uphold QSC standards and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.
Step Up When It Counts: In the Store Manager's absence, you take the wheel — confidently.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 Year(s) of F&B experience in a managerial position
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in shift management, rostering or inventory preferred
Positive, resilient attitude with genuine love for F&B
