Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team. You will be responsible for enhancing product visibility, maintaining optimal stock levels, and creating visually appealing displays that drive sales. The ideal candidate has an eye for design and a passion for retail excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Placement & Displays: Implement, maintain, and update product displays, shelving, and promotions based on planograms to maximize sales.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure products are replenished, and manage inventory rotation (FIFO) to minimize markdowns.
Store Maintenance: Conduct regular store visits to ensure cleanliness, correct pricing, and proper merchandising standards are maintained.
Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product assortment and identify trends.
Relationship Management: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and store staff to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or inventory management.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, creative visual sense, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with store teams and suppliers.
