Company Overview
We are a buy-side financial company with a long-standing and stable presence in the industry. We are looking for a reliable, respectful, and well-organized Operations Assistant to provide close support to our COO.
This person will assist with daily coordination, communication, documentation, and administrative matters. You will work directly with our COO in a simple, friendly, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to the COO.
- Assist with document management including filing, scanning, editing, and digital archiving
- Assist in drafting bank and statutory forms according to instructions
- Review invoices from service providers and track outstanding payments
- Serve as the first coordination point for routine office related matters involving the landlord, front desk staff, and general office upkeep.
- Support daily coordination, communication, and follow-up matters.
- Liaise with service providers, vendors, banks, and other external parties when needed.
- Follow up on outstanding matters and ensure they are handled smoothly, accurately, and professionally.
Your Profile
- University degree preferred. Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong common sense, good problem-solving skills, a great sense of ownership, and the ability to work independently.
- Mature, polite and reliable, possessing a strong understanding of workplace etiquette and professional boundaries.
- A cheerful, caring team player and great listener who brings positive energy to the office and is always eager to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating with banks, vendors, service providers, and professional contacts.
