Project Implementation and Management
Assist in planning, coordinating and executing IT and digital projects including POS system, ERP enhancements, and customer engagement platforms.
Gather business requirements from stakeholders, validate functional specifications and coordinate with system providers to deliver effective solutions.
Lead or support system testing, pilot developments and user acceptance process to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor progress, timelines and risks ensuring milestones are achieved within quality standard.
Ensure change process flow is adhere into the system lifecycle, implementing and controlling processes to manage change requests
Assist in preparation Functional, Technical and User Documentation
Day to Day Operation
Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and system availability.
Provide application support for business systems such as POS, ERP, CRM, and related platforms.
Coordinate troubleshooting, incident resolution, and recovery efforts with users, vendors, and support teams.
Manage system installation, configuration, upgrades, testing, and deployment of enhancements and patches.
Monitor system performance, integrations, and automated processes to ensure operational stability.
Maintain system documentation, user guides, and conduct user training where required.
Prepare project updates, incident reports, change requests, and service delivery reports.
Develop and implement processes, checklists, and best practices to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Support IT projects, stakeholder management, and business application enhancements.
Provide backup support for infrastructure operations when required.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, security standards, and IT asset management practices.
Support company events and perform other duties as assigned.
