• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Perform daily accounting data entry into the accounting system - APS system
• Prepare customer invoices, receipts, credit notes and related documents.
• Handle supplier invoices: verify, match with PO/DO, CN, Statement, Pending Return and update into system -Key in collection.
• Perform basic bank reconciliation statements and update cash flow records -Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for audit and month-end closing.
• Assist external accountants or auditors with required documents.
• E-Invoice Submission
• Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred - Age (18-30)
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting, Business or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting entries and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and good organisational skills.
• Able to work and follow up tasks according to schedule
• Hardworking, self-motivation and responsibility.
• Excellent time management and commitment to efficiency.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
