Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, organize, control, and execute production schedule for a designated product(s);
• Prepare and maintain detailed report throughout the production cycle;
• Lead, supervise, and plan all operation schedules in production work;
• Confers with department supervisor to determine status of production output;
• Prepares the production reports;
• Liaise closely with purchasing and operation on material and production capacity;
• Liaise with sales department on customer requirement;
• Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation;
• Analyze and prepare documents needed for production;
• Data analysis and decision making to support supply and finished goods demand;
• Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization;
• Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required;
• Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of products and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation;
• Complete status reports for production progress and inventory;
• Liaise with production team on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from sales department and customer service department.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent with minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry;
• Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders;
• Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office, SQL Software, EPICOR System;
• A self starter and is able to work as a team and also work independently;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
