Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock movement, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries to customers and suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and work closely with Production, Purchasing, and QA/QC departments.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain proper warehouse documentation and inventory records.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Halal requirements.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements and monitor delivery schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory control processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, FIFO, FEFO, and stock management practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
