Role and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines and processes to ensure high-quality production.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and minor troubleshooting tasks.
• Conduct visual inspections.
• Record production data and promptly report any abnormalities to supervisors/ engineers.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and strictly adhere to safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and align with cleanroom protocols, including ESD and gowning requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and yield enhancement activities to successfully implement efficiency strategies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate / SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar field.

Job Type: Full-time
