Job Description:

• Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, based on project requirements and design concepts.
• Creates technical shop drawings & setting out drawings to support construction and fabrication processes
• Coordinating drafting tasks for multiple projects, maintaining timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification for a diploma in architecture, drafting, or a related field is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered.

• Minimum 2 years drafting experience in architecture or contractor firms.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and strong presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Photoshops.

Other Information

No. of work weeks: 5 days per week
Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm
