Company Overview

Trans Swift Line is a fast-growing General Sales Agent (GSA) specializing in airline representation in Singapore. We drive revenue growth and market share for airlines like Garuda Indonesia and Citilink Indonesia through partnerships, market insights, pricing strategies, and operational excellence.

Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will drive passenger sales by building strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to maximize revenue and enhance brand visibility in the local market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve passenger sales targets and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and partners to increase client engagement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base and revenue streams
  • Conduct regular sales visits, deliver presentations, and provide training sessions to travel agents to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and passenger booking patterns to generate actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the airline’s marketing team to design and implement targeted promotional campaigns that drive sales
  • Manage client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify improvement areas, and inform strategic decisions

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum Diploma or 2 years of experience in the airline or travel industry
  • Familiarity with airline distribution systems is an advantage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and internal teams
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills to contribute to a collaborative work environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and airline management systems to support daily operations
