Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Proactively approach potential clients and build strong business relationships.
• Present and sell social media marketing solutions tailored to clients' business needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closing.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore upselling opportunities.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and industry developments.
• Collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related roles.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, advertising, or media industries is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, Facebook, and Google is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
