Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and support high-performance test systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust hardware solutions and ensure seamless system integration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop hardware systems for advanced test equipment to meet system requirements
  • Define detailed hardware specifications and schematics aligned with project goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate hardware components effectively
  • Lead prototype bring-up activities and conduct hardware debugging focused on noise, accuracy, bandwidth, and jitter issues
  • Perform hardware characterization, validation, and optimize performance for reliability and efficiency
  • Support system-level integration tasks, including timing and calibration feature implementation
  • Drive problem-solving and debugging efforts throughout the product lifecycle to resolve hardware issues
  • Contribute actively to technical discussions and promote continuous improvement within an agile engineering environment

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in hardware design and development
  • Proven expertise in hardware debugging and system validation
  • Solid understanding of system-level hardware design and integration

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Exposure to FPGA or software collaboration to enhance hardware development processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to complex hardware challenges
  • Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic engineering environment
