We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• handle accounts payable to ensure timely payment
• create and issue invoices
• monitor and follow up promptly with client on outstanding or overdue payments to ensure timely collections
• perform weekly/ monthly bank reconciliation and filing
• any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• strong attention to details and organization skills
• proficient in Microsoft excel
• certificate/ diploma in accounting or relevant certification
• meticulous, good initiative, dependable and team player
• able to work with minimal supervision
• excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment

Working Hours & Location

• 5.5 day work week
• work location: Joo Chiat
• expected to work after office hour and weekend if needed
