Job Summary

You will manage project tenders, prepare quotations, and oversee on-site construction activities for 3-5 projects, including reconstruction of landed houses, commercial renovations, and A&A projects. You will independently lead site management to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Manage project tender processes to secure contracts and align with client requirements
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations to support project acquisition
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, safety, and quality standards
• Independently manage construction sites, coordinating resources and resolving issues to meet project timelines
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and contractors

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of on-site construction management experience to independently manage construction sites

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in reconstruction of landed houses, commercial renovation, and A&A projects

• Salary range: SGD 5,000 to 10,000
• One month bonus
