Job Summary

The Project Manager will lead and manage construction, M&E, electrical, security systems, and renovation projects throughout Singapore, overseeing planning, execution, coordination, budgeting, quality control, safety compliance, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction and M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Develop detailed project schedules, allocate manpower, and manage resources to optimize project execution
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project progress
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and ensure compliance with timelines and quality requirements
• Conduct site meetings and prepare comprehensive project reports to communicate status and issues
• Ensure projects comply with BCA, MOM, SCDF, and Workplace Safety & Health regulations to maintain safety and legal standards
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and submissions to verify accuracy and feasibility
• Manage procurement processes, oversee material deliveries, and evaluate subcontractor performance to maintain project standards
• Handle project documentation including variation orders, claims, and progress claims to ensure accurate records and financial tracking
• Lead project teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high client satisfaction through effective leadership and communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred)
• Experience in CCTV, Access Control, ELV Systems, Electrical Installations, Renovation Works, and M&E Services
• Experience in tendering, cost control, and contract administration
• Knowledge of project budgeting and financial management
