• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost estimates for tender submissions.

• Prepare comprehensive tender documentation and ensure alignment with project requirements and technical specifications.

• Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from approved suppliers and subcontractors.

• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

• Conduct cost analysis and compile pricing summaries for management review.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete submission of tender proposals in compliance with tender deadlines and client requirements.
