Responsibilities
- To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval
- To resolve site matters with regards to M&E services
- To manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
- To liaise with authorities for the commision of work
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval
- Resposible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site
- Understand Main Contract/Subcontract requirement
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
