The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth across the ASEAN region and opportunities in the China market. This role requires developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and supporting the company’s market expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, cultural awareness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across ASEAN markets, with expansion into China as required.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management, pipeline development, and market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing consultative solutions and excellent customer service.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities within ASEAN and China.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the ASEAN and/or China markets.
• Strong understanding of cross-cultural business practices and regional market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
• Ability to travel frequently across ASEAN and China for client meetings and business development.
