Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing the costs and contracts of construction projects.

· Cost Estimation and Budgeting

· They ensure that the procurement process is fair, transparent, and in compliance with legal and industry *************

· PQSs also allocate contingency funds to manage unforeseen events and maintain project viability.

· They are proficient in cost estimation techniques, contract law, and financial management.
