Reporting to the Senior Front Office Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Always the first contact at Hotel's front entrance to greet and direct guests.
• Assist arriving and departing guests & handle their luggage.
• Orientate guest on room and Hotel's facilities.
• Keep abreast of latest happenings in the tourism scene and events in the Hotel to assist guests in their enquiries.

Requirements

• Able to carry heavy loads such as luggages for guests.
• Able to work shifts on weekends & public holidays.
• A great team player with excellent customer service & communication skills.
