Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Work alongside senior Project Managers and Engineers to support the execution of M&E and airfield engineering projects through documentation preparation, site coordination, meeting support, and cross-functional liaison, while developing skills in safety compliance and project workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior Project Managers and Engineers to learn and support the end-to-end execution of M&E and airfield engineering projects
  • Prepare, organize, and track project documentation such as Method Statements, Risk Assessments, material submissions, and progress claims to ensure accuracy and timely updates
  • Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and sub-contractor activities to assist with day-to-day site coordination and maintain project progress
  • Attend project progress meetings to take accurate minutes, understand project workflows, and follow up on actionable items under supervision
  • Support the enforcement of workplace health and safety (WSH) regulations and client site requirements to maintain a safe working environment
  • Coordinate internally with procurement, safety, and drafting teams to ensure smooth information flow and proper management of project files

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building/Project Management, or a related technical discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce and manage project documents
  • Basic knowledge or familiarity with AutoCAD to assist with technical drawings and project plans
  • Willingness to learn local statutory requirements, BCA regulations, and workplace safety standards to support compliance efforts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with site teams and clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling technical documentation
  • Proactive and positive learning attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of project coordination or site executive experience in local construction or engineering industries are preferred
  • Prior exposure to M&E works or infrastructure projects such as airfield/airport or large-scale civil works is advantageous but not mandatory
