Job Description
- Provide first-line support for end-user technology issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain and update hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new technology equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other technology teams to provide seamless support across departments.

The Successful Applicant
A successful EUS Engineer should have:
