Job Description

Responsibilities

Team Description:

The Regional People Team works with the Group President, Regional leadership, and Local leadership (across Asia and LATAM) closely to design and manage company-wide people strategy and transformation guidelines and initiatives. This role will be part of the Learning & Development (L&D) team within the Regional People team; L&D team plays a pivotal role in cultivating a learning culture, developing high-performing leaders and teams, as well as organising top-priority company-wide leadership summits.

Job Description:

  • Shape overall leadership development strategy by integrating best-in-class leadership development thinking and emerging approaches (esp. AI application)

  • Design and deliver high-impact leadership development programs across different leadership levels across Asia and LATAM

  • Conduct leadership diagnostics and translate business needs into targeted development interventions

  • Own end-to-end leadership programs, ensuring high-quality execution while continuously improving program design, learner experience, and overall effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in any Human Resource function
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: Learning & Development, Training & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development
  • Highly adaptable, comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment

  • Demonstrates strong curiosity and an experimentation mindset, with an interest in exploring new tools and approaches (e.g. AI)

  • Strong intellectual capability and structured thinking; able to break down ambiguous problems and drive clear, actionable solutions

  • Proven ability in facilitation and engaging senior leaders; Experience in large, complex organisations preferred

  • High ownership and drive; able to independently lead programs and deliver results end-to-end
