Job Description:

• Working experiences in HDB BTO projects
• Coordinate along with the review of drawings, submission of proposal,query and design for consultant approval.
• Well versed in precast installations and joint details.
• Able to resolve technical issues.
• Laison with Owner, Authorities ,Consultants , Sub Contractor and Suppliers.
• Ensure site operations progress smoothly and on schedule , comply to all authorities requirements and ensure standards and specification for project are properly implemented
• Assist the PM/CM in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the detailed work program.
• Review drawing, plans and verify the structural integrity of materials and designs.
• Ensure progress in accordance with the schedule, quality standards are maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical/drawing issues are resolved on time.
• Liaise with consultants/authorities on drawing and technical issues
• Coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Ensure site safety and preparation safe work documents & procedures with safety personnel.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of CAD/BIM.
