About the Role

We are a growing manufacturing SME seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. This role is suitable for candidates with 3–5 years of experience who are comfortable handling full-set accounts and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: -

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Assist to handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare purchase invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation.

Operational Finance

• Assis to monitor and record inventory-related transactions and costing entries.
• Assist to track production-related costs and expenses.
• Support costing analysis and ensure alignment with operational data.

Bank & Cash Management

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage petty cash and company expenses with proper controls.

Month-End Closing & Reporting

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist in preparation of financial schedules and management reports.
• Monitor expenses and highlight variances.

Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate/assist to liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and accountants.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements: -

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or SME environment is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of full-set accounting.
• Basic understanding with inventory or costing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a good team player.
