Role Overview
A Solution Consultant at Homa2u bridges the gap between customer needs and the company's product offerings. Unlike a traditional sales assistant, this role requires a consultative approach — understanding the client's renovation or construction needs and recommending the right materials and packages.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Consultation
- Engage walk-in customers, leads, and prospects to understand their renovation or construction needs
- Present and recommend suitable building materials, bathroom packages, and home finishing products
- Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs (showroom or on-site)
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Close sales and meet individual/team monthly targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, contractors, and developers
- Handle after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally
Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date on Homa2u's product range (tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, etc.)
- Educate customers on eco-friendly and sustainable material options
- Articulate the value of overstock/repurposed materials vs. standard retail
Administrative & Reporting
- Record sales activities and customer interactions in CRM or internal systems
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management
- Coordinate with logistics/operations for order fulfilment and delivery scheduling
