Job Description

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in software sales, SaaS, or technology business development, with familiarity in enterprise sales processes including RFPs, POCs, vendor onboarding, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communicator capable of interacting with managers, directors, and department heads — proficient in simplifying technical concepts into understandable business advantages.
  • Practical experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, demonstrating a structured approach to managing pipelines and generating reports.
  • Driven, analytically adept, and comfortable in dynamic settings — skilled in managing multiple opportunities and collaborating across various teams.
  • Must be located in Kuala Lumpur or open to relocating; applications are restricted to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess potential enterprise clients in sectors such as retail, logistics, manufacturing, and maritime — overseeing outreach efforts, maintaining pipeline integrity, and updating CRM data to drive opportunities forward.
  • Assist senior sales managers throughout the entire sales process — from initial discovery and product demonstrations to crafting proposals, ROI analysis, and finalizing contracts.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customer stakeholders, gaining insight into their challenges and converting them into customized, value-driven presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, pre-sales, engineering, customer success) to facilitate smooth progression of deals and a cohesive customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on critical sales metrics — including pipeline coverage, lead generation, and conversion rates — while consistently enhancing your understanding of enterprise software purchasing processes.
