Requirements
* Key in supplier invoices, payment vouchers and expenses
* Prepare and key in sales invoices
* Maintain customer and supplier records
* Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
* Process payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions
* Perform bank reconciliation
* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
* Maintain proper filing and accounting documentation
* Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances
* Assist in e-Invoice, audit and tax matters
* Support daily accounting and administrative operations
* Other duties assigned by management

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm

Training Provided by Senior Accountant
AutoCount Experience is an Advantage
Developer / Construction Experience is an Advantage
