Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Experience in customer service, entertainment, attractions, theme parks, escape rooms, VR gaming, or interactive experiences is an added advantage. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Friendly, energetic, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. 
  • Comfortable interacting with guests of all ages. 
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts. 
  • Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods. 
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn game operation systems. 
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional introduction to the EVA experience. 
  • Brief guests on game objectives, rules, safety procedures, and equipment usage before each session. 
  • Monitor gameplay and provide guidance or assistance to ensure guests enjoy the best possible experience. 
  • Operate and manage game systems, equipment, and control consoles during game sessions. 
  • Reset game rooms and equipment between sessions to ensure readiness for the next group. 
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure all gaming equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational. 
  • Troubleshoot basic technical or operational issues and escalate major problems to the Technical Team when necessary. 
  • Ensure all guests comply with safety regulations and company policies throughout the experience. 
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally while maintaining a high standard of customer service. 
  • Promote available games, packages, memberships, and special promotions to guests. 
  • Assist in maintaining accurate daily operational records, attendance, and incident reports. 
  • Support special events, birthday parties, corporate bookings, and promotional activities when required. 
  • Perform opening, closing, and housekeeping duties within the attraction. 
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management
