Venue Sales & Business Development

• Respond promptly to venue inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.
• Conduct venue tours and presentations for prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable venue packages and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and event documentation.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop relationships with event planners, corporate clients, agencies, and wedding professionals.
• Identify opportunities to maximize venue revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from booking confirmation until event completion.
• Build strong relationships through professional communication and attentive service.
• Understand client expectations and ensure all event requirements are accurately documented.
• Provide timely updates and guidance throughout the planning process.
• Address concerns and resolve issues proactively to ensure client confidence and satisfaction.

Event Coordination & Venue Representation

• Represent Glasshouse at Seputeh professionally during all client meetings, site visits, rehearsals, and event days.
• Coordinate with clients, caterers, decorators, AV suppliers, entertainers, photographers, and other vendors.
• Prepare event orders, floor plans, timelines, and operational checklists.
• Monitor event setup and breakdown activities to ensure compliance with venue standards.
• Ensure events are delivered smoothly, safely, and according to agreed specifications.
• Serve as the venue representative on event day and provide immediate support when required.

Operational Excellence

• Conduct venue inspections before and after events.
• Ensure venue facilities are well-maintained, clean, and event-ready.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and operations teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate event records, client databases, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

The Venue Representative serves as the face of Glasshouse at Seputeh, responsible for driving venue rental sales while ensuring exceptional event execution and client satisfaction. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, and event coordination to deliver seamless experiences from initial inquiry through event completion.
