HSE Coordinator
Location: Singapore
Reports to: HSE Manager
Position available: One
Job Description: This is a full-time position

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  • Assist in reviewing and updating Company’s Safety Management System manual and support safety programs/initiatives
  • Assist in preparing and implementing safe work procedures and risk assessments
  • Assist in incident investigation, analysing and determining the root cause of reported incidents
  • Provide support on daily operations relating to Workplace Safety and Fire Safety
  • Conduct daily site recces and inspections with relevant personnel
  • Conduct in-house HSE training and Induction
  • Prepare HSE related reports as assigned
  • Proactive and willing to take up challenges
  • Any other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requisites:
  • Diploma/Degree in any Engineering field
  • Specialist Diploma in WSH/Advanced Certificate in WSH
  • Hot-work Safety Assessor Course
  • Confined Space Safety Assessor Course
  • Possess good communication, presentation, MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
