HNW Case Manager

This role offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the sales development process, supporting the team in managing client applications and operational tasks effectively.
Role Overview:
This position is pivotal in assisting the sales team with sales development and implementation to achieve business objectives. The role involves liaising with insurers, managing application documentation, and coordinating administrative and client-facing activities to ensure smooth processes and excellent customer service.
Key Skills & Experience:
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in the banking or insurance industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Results-driven and performance-focused
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales team with sales development and application processes
- Submit and liaise with insurers regarding applications
- Maintain proper documentation for each application
- Organise medical examinations and logistics for new leads
- Prepare insurance forms and policy contract packages
- Handle client reimbursements and enquiries from internal and external customers
- Participate in internal and external training programs
- Contribute to improving internal processes and workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in banking or insurance sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Right to work in the location specified
- Comfortable working on-site and ready to start on 19/06/2026
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SIN IS Broker or similar insurance/banking systems
