This role goes beyond basic event support. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring smooth, well-coordinated event experiences, taking ownership of real-time execution in fast-paced, real-world environments.

Role Focus

A flexible, on-site event operations role designed for students seeking meaningful, hands-on exposure beyond typical part-time work. You will gain direct experience in live event execution, crowd coordination, and stakeholder interaction while operating in structured, high-energy environments.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with guest registration, reception, and wayfinding
• Support ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd flow management
• Contribute to event setup, teardown, and basic logistics coordination
• Help maintain program flow through timing cues and transition support
• Optional: assist with basic content capture (photos and short video clips)
