Job responsibilities:
Sales Administration
- Manage and maintain customer databases and contact information.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and credit notes accurately and timely.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Customer Service
- Respond to clients inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Assist in the preparation and management of sales presentations and proposals.
- Sales Support
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as follow up sales materials and follow-up emails.
- Provide support for sales campaigns and promotions.
