Inbound Operations Executive (3PL Logistics)

Are you someone who enjoys staying active, keeping things organized, and making sure operations run smoothly? We're looking for an energetic and dependable Inbound Operations Executive to support our warehouse and logistics operations.

As part of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring incoming inventory is received accurately, processed efficiently, and ready for fulfillment. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a good eye for detail, and want to build a career in logistics, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Verify quantities and product conditions against delivery documents.
• Update inventory records accurately using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth inbound processes.
• Handle basic email correspondence with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare simple operational reports and maintain documentation.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues promptly.
• Support stock counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Comfortable carrying items up to 10kg

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email)

Able to communicate professionally via email

Detail-oriented and organized

Team player with a strong sense of responsibility

Experience in logistics, warehouse, or 3PL operations is a plus (but not required)
