Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, promote the Company's products and services, and support business growth. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting the development of effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the Company's products, services, and brand awareness.
-Manage and update the Company's social media platforms, website, and other digital marketing channels.
-Develop and coordinate marketing materials, including promotional content, brochures, advertisements, and other branding materials.
-Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
-Work closely with the sales, operations, and other internal departments to support business objectives and marketing initiatives.
-Monitor, evaluate, and prepare reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
-Liaise with external vendors, agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders as required.
-Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve sales and branding objectives.
-Maintain proper records and documentation related to marketing activities and campaigns.
-Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements
-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in marketing or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
-Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
-Passion for durian and willingness to learn about the Company's products.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
