Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HP Origination & Compliance Executive to join our team. This role focuses on reviewing HP loan applications to ensure full compliance with internal policies, the HP Act and regulatory requirements, while recommending improvements to enhance compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify HP loan applications to ensure compliance with internal policies, the HP Act and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct thorough checks on customer and vehicle documentation for loan origination.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in HP origination compliance processes and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on compliance findings and HP origination activities for management review.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Auto Finance, Compliance or related financial field.
• Knowledge of the HP Act and HP loan origination compliance.
• Detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a positive work attitude with good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ISO is an advantage

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
