Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices accurately and timely.
• Handle after-sales service claims, customer complaints, product returns, exchanges, and warranty-related matters.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Verify product quantities, order details, and inventory records to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and update order status, delivery schedules, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Assist with inventory control, stock reconciliation, and operational reporting.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities as assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in handling SO, DO, invoicing, inventory management, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
